Somalis “time bomb” to EAC security
Since Somalia became independent in 1960, the Horn of Africa region has been facing many security challenges, which remains unsolved until today.
Soon after the independence the Somali leaders rejected to cooperate with other African countries on the issue of border problems in the continent.
Border claims
In 1963 member countries of Organization of African Unity OAU, agreed to respect the borders left by the colonial powers in order to save the Africans from endless conflict.
But, disturbingly, the Somali leaders, most of them illiterate and incapable of understanding the international laws, rejected to sign the deal and instead launched hostile campaigns against Kenya and Ethiopia on the grounds that they are occupying Somali territories by force.
Somalia claims the ownership of North Eastern Province of Kenya, and a region inhabited by Somali community in Ethiopia.
This prompted Kenya and Ethiopia to allocate huge amount of their budgets into military services in order to defend their lands from Somalia. Also Addis Ababa and Nairobi signed a cooperation deal to prevent the risk from Mogadishu administration, which always hit the drums of war against its neighbours.
Refugees to Somalia
The Somali government encouraged Ethiopian and Kenyan nationals of Somali origin to resettle in Somalia en-masse so that most of them could be recruited into the Somali army and fight against their countries in the pretext of liberating their land from the black and infidel powers, referring Ethiopia and Kenya.
The call had been positively responded by these communities and they migrated to Somalia joining in different ranks of Somalia political hierarchy.
After the civil war the same people who went to Somalia returned back to Kenya and Ethiopia, a move that hampered the security of these countries and others in the region.
Kenya,Ethiopia affected
This extra ordinary Somalia policy has left a huge impact to Kenya and Ethiopia until today, with millions of dollars being spent in military operations, because of the arrogance and aggression of Somalia.
The refugees played a role in passing over crucial secrets from their countries to Somali authorities.
Some of these refugees include General Adan Abdullahi Nur Gabyow who defected from Kenyan army and joined Somalia army.
Another one is Mohamed Omar Osman the former Somali marine forces chief, who after the collapse of Barre’s regime in 1991 went back to Ethiopia and formed illegal rebellion against Ethipian government.
Refugees breaking laws in Kenya, Ethiopia
After the Somali civil war Kenya and Ethiopia have welcomed millions of Somali refugees.
With the help of the host Somali community in these countries, thousands of Somali refugees obtained illegally identity papers like passports, birth certificates, ID and many others.
The evidence of this argument was last year census held in Kenya in which the number of Somali community in Kenya increased beyond belief. Many Kenyan officials doubted how 600,000 people in North Eastern Province can increase into almost three million people.
Its an open secret that there many senior officials in Kenya and Ethioopian government who are illegal citizens and are not faithfull to the countries they are serving.
Formation of clan state agenda
Despite suffering security setbacks including terror attacks Kenya is blindly helping a plan by Ogaden clan to form a regional state in southern Somalia.
Although the Ogaden clan reside only in one district in southern Somalia, politicians who hail from Ogaden clan in Kenya persuaded Kenyan leaders that their clan will be able to form a government in southern Somalia as a buffer zone to ensure security of Kenya.
Using Islam as political tool
The Ogadeni politicians in Kenya have hidden agenda in forming regional administration in Jubba regions of Somalia.
Their final aim is to form a huge Ogaden entity in the region with the pretext of religion in Horn of Africa that will include North Eastern Province of Kenya, Coastal region of Kenya, and areas in Ethiopia resided by Ogadeni and some other Somali clans.
In order to hide their clan agenda the Ogadeni clan is preaching religion in Kenye, Somalia and Ethiopia to persuade people that they want to form Islamic state in the regions to defend them from what they call black infidels.
Some Ogadeni officials in Kenyan government also married women from Coastal region of Kenya as part of their campaign to steal the minds of Mombasa people in the future for political agendas.
Imagine what shape the region will have when an Ogaden clan state is formed in Horn of Africa with borders extending from Ethiopia to Tanzania’s Tanga Province.
Some of these illegal Somali immigrants will possibly be given the task to decide the fate of the East African community, and the only thing that will be witnessed is a disaster and a long suffering of East African citizens.
Threat to East African countries
Its obvious that with the current security threat in the world, the Somalis will take the advantage of spoiling the stability of East African Community.
Thousands of Somalis with hostile backgrounds are easily obtaining Kenyan papers and infiltrating in the East African countries, with the possibility of carrying out attacks as happened in Uganda in 2010, when Somali militants claimed responsibility of Kampala bombings.
For example in Kenya people from Somalia and Ethiopia are easily recruited in the army or even given high ranking posts in crucial departments, while they are not legal citizens. This will certainly put other East African countries in major risk.
There is no way that countries like Tanzania, Uganda, Burundi or Rwanda will compromise their security just because of fragile union with their reckless neighbour Kenya.
Unless Kenya and other East African countries do carry out intact and vetting during paper issuance, no one in the region will enjoy peaceful sleep.

Re: Wagosha jarreer hate for Greater Somalia and love for ba
Reading between the lines I would think this guy is more opposed to the Ogaden clan forming a state in Somalia than he is to the creation of Somaliweyn. Ogaden clan is threat to Somali bantus in his opinion.
