this is where i beg to differ with you from an otherwise good article. cushites used to control all the arid land NEVER the fertile highland. they have never set foot in any fertile region of kenya.read your history carefully

It's an excellent way to get rid of the moryaan. Plus lower population number = higher GDP per capita in the future from mineral reserves and whatnot.

Wrong, according to many anthropologists the first settlers of Kenya were Cushites, before the Nilotes and Bantus came (the former arriving earlier than the latter). You still have remnants of Cushites in the Kenyan highlands like the Yaaku for instance (although they are almost extinct now).
