There is this gabay which Caused Hadraawi to be Jailed for 5yrs. it is called " Hala qalo Raqdiibaa". it is actually called " Way soo qamaamtoo"

PS: What you wrote there is a line from a poem, not the actual name of a poem and it's hard to find that; couldn't even find it by Googling.
