We talked about this in another topic. This is PL government's second visit to Taleex within a month. There is an ongoing effort to preserve the historic sites, as well as revive agriculture in the community. The same thing is being done for Eyl. There is a dual agriculture + historic revival in both cities and it is much needed, those are among the most historically important PL cities and among the most important cities in modern Somali history.

Also, its not just UNDP but its also UNESCO, the UN cultural wing, that was brought by PL to preserve the city and declare it as a world heritage site. I'm happy for the community.
