My two grandmothers. Mom's mom is Wagardhac and was born in a village called Beyra north of Galkaacyo. Dad's mom is reer Diini and was born there too but I don't know the village.

You should be able to apply for citizenship.

But on a serious note being of native descent in that region gives you no advantage in settling there, Bosaaso the main hub is bustling with people from all walks of life and regions and clans.
