This Memo explains what happened behind the Scenes that led to Somalia's Problems.

I respect the writter because he is interviewing Family members of the Victims.

The Family of Colonel Abdulkadir Dheel Abdulle were the worst victims. The memo describes him as a pharmacist who was not involved in any coup.

Some people believe it might be allah's anger that has fallen on Somalia when On 23kii January 1975, ten clerics (Ulema) These were killed.

Mind you, the Soviet Union, Mengistu's #1 Ally also collapsed during the same time.

The problem in Somalia started way earlier any war against Ethiopia. Itrs started with many graduated Army generals among them Siad barre fighting for Power. It started when Caydiid got imprisoned 6 years and was losing his mind in jail. It started when Siad barre wanted to get rid of Kulmiye and other generals in the late 60´s. Waay back any war started it was a war about the president seat.

delsuional KOW, SNM was created 4 years after the ethio war, and if barre continued the soviet would've turned mogadishu into hiroshima.

First, President Siyaad Barre was NOT in power in the 1960s. He came into Power in October 21st 1969. He made Hussein Kulmiye Afrax the Vice-President. If he was a Daaroodist, he would've picked a Daarood as Vice-President and Daaroodize the entire Government, but he didn't.

Caydiid is ONE GUY. He was a thread to National Security, 6 years later, Jalle Siyaad forgave him and made him into a Ambassador of India, then another country, which I can't remember. All in All, you see what Caydiid did, when he was let loose.

Siad barre was behind the assasination of many fellow Nationalist senior military officials. Siad barre imprisoned Caidid for fear of him stopping Siad from being a life long dictator and then he locked him up for Six years and then when he was freed, he was sent abroad so he cant bother Siad. Abdullahi Yusuf was also going to be sent abroad but instead he refused and got jail time by Siad barre.

The problems in somalia were caused by one single reason;

Primitive tribalism

with the following symptoms and consequences:

corruption,
passivity
hunger for power
a mental disorder based on the state as being the provider
etc etc


All other explanations are symptoms not CAUSAL

why dont you accept what caused somalia disintegration was just fate punishment by almighty God for invading peaceful nations. this is a lesson for you not to dare that again otherwiz somalia will cease to exist
