This is happening because Warlord Siilanyo is killing hundreds of people, including women and children. Armed Militias of Siilanyo based in Somalia's somaliland area are using children as young as 11 years old as child soldiers.

The government of Somalia, seated in the capital Mogadishu has called on Warlord Siilanyoo to stop committing genocide against the Somali people.
The Government has asked the UN to place Warlord Siilanyo on genocide charges.
