The visit by PM Ergodan (Raliyalahu canhu) and his FM to Mogadishu has touched many somalis. It was the talking point of cyberfadhi ku dirir, marfish houses and even brothels.
For the first time, every somali irrespective of which part of somalia they came from was in a feel good mood. Somaliland, Puntland, NFD, Western SOmalia; Athesists, islamists, liberals, habar kintirs, habar kuleeys, habar jini, hawiyaha, darood, isaq, rahweyn united in hailing the visit.
For the first time, something united us; that something is the show of solidarity by a people, a PM of a country that we knew nothing much of .
. Istanbul is the most common name for newborns in Somalia
As a somali yesteday's event moved me. I cried of joy when I saw that picture of the young Turk kissing the dirty somali baby. It was not planned. Just spontaneous.
I have reflected upon that picture and the many pictures taken during the visit. I can't help but think of how the so called somali leaders avoided the dirty children and mothers. There was no picture of the PM, the frequent flyer wahabist, fake jihadist sheikh sharif kissing a child or even showing some sympathy. The same goes for the PM and all other somali bastards.
The other day, here on somalinet there were some pictures of the wife of the prime minister of somalia distributing money to the IDPs. If you look closely at that picture, you may notice that she was in gold chains; look at her hand when she is delivering the money to the poor woman.
They came, they saw and conquered our hearts and minds

That's how the Turks do things, sometimes they conquer with war, and sometimes they'll conquer with love, either way, they know how to take care of business in other people's lands

Axmedow,
Share with us your reflections. How is the talk in Bosaso? Did you find any somali who condemned the visit?

Please don't reflect Erdogan's PR-whoring visit on all of Somali society. A few of the dumber southern members here went gaga over the bad-posture-having prime minister but not all of us were impressed with the elf-looking dignitary going around petting negroes like its a f-king zoo. Its a business out there for celebrities and political figures to engage in nigger-petting, this is just another one of those moments - some of us see it for what it is. If Erdogan went to Mogadishu looking for a trade agreement some of us would be impressed with the development but this is just a joke.

Monkey of Mogadishu;
I don't get it. Are you saying
1. It was a PR move?
2. That only some southerners celebrated?
3. That it would have better if he had a trade proposal?
1. No, it was not a PR move. This was an act of mercy. The last few days, Turks from all walks of lives have been collecting money to help needy somalis. The famine coincided with the month of Ramadan. The famine has touched not only turks but everyone. In the turkish case, the Org of islamic states congress also played a huge roll. In fact, even the opposition leader from turkey is going to somalia.
2. The famine and the visit by the PM was hailed by every somali. You are probably not a somali.
3. Trade with who? warlords? The TFG (Totally Fraud Government) is holed in Muqdisho. Trade is feasible with somaliland and puntland.
While your fake jihadist president is busy travelling the globe wearing expensive suits, expensive watches and avoiding the poor somalis, turks travelled miles and kissed the kids.
