Earthquake started near Virginia's capital, Richmond. Which is 100 miles away from where I'm at (Maryland)

Apparently the upper northeast has felt it all the way to Rhode Island, my cousin in Toronto even said there was a quake

2003? Was it really that long ago..

I guess its the same one marka.. I was getting ready to go to bed.. It was small yet really scary..
