For all you racist somalis out there
If there is ever peace Somalia will be more diverse than ever..People will come from everywhere for the new opportunities the country will offer. Most importantly huge labor force will be needed and since most Somalis can only do certain jobs this means a lot of Bantus from all over Africa will come looking for work.. Not only them but Indians, Chinese and even whites..
This is the reality and no one can stop it.. The days when you had one sub clan living in a village all by themselves are long gone.

I'm thinking you have a problem with Bantus doing anything more than simple Labor work.

The reason why i came to this conclusion is simple. For Somalia to develop they will need to open up is borders to everyone and there is nothing wrong with that. You have Kenyan teachers teaching in mogadishu university right now and there is a war going on. Oromos are in the north working. Somalia is no different than any other country.

No at all. I have no problem with Bantus, whites or even Indians. Actually i believe Bantus are ahead of most Somalis in every aspect of life.

Seriusly though. Why should foreigners enjoy economic prosperity before our own people do it? Was Japan allowing foreign companies in their Country when it was shattered in world war 2? Was korea promoting neo liberal thinking when they were a shithole after the korean war? Was China allowing foreign companies to use their situation when the Country aimed for rapid development?
No.
Somalia will be a No Go area for foreigners seeking bussines opportunities, foreign companies & Foreign goverments who want to directly buy Important resouces that is deemed more important for OUR goverment then temporary short term profit.
This is our future, and NO
FOREIGNERS!
Mineral industry (Including carving the minerals before Exporting it+ using it for internal consumption)
Oil industry (Exporting Oil to consumers)
Camel industry (milk,Meat &medecine)
Livestock Industry (Meat procesing, hide producing, livestock exporting)
Indigenous pharmaceutical industry (myrrh, camel urine and camel milk have cancer and other sickness preventing effects)
Agricultural Industry (6 million hektar arable land in the south, capable of producing food, fruits and keeping the country self sufficient in food supplies+ exporting the surplus)
Fish industry (Africa´s longest coastline filled with all kinds of sea creatures, can be used for producing of high nutritous supplements, tuna fish factories and exporting to predominantly East asian markets with high demand)
Uranium reserves (Possibility of Somalia using nuclear power for energy consumption and exporting electricity to Djibouti)
Trade industry ( Exporting of goods through our port for mainly the landlocked nation Ethiopia but also for South sudan, this can be down with lower taxes then our neighbours and better port facilities.)
Other Industries that the future Somali goverment can focus on are:
Ship building Industry
Consumers: African Nations who necessarily dont have the Economic means to buy Foreign made naval vessels for their own security (protection of pirates or illegal european fish trawlers) and economic ( shipping or receiving their goods by themselves without the interference of foreign countries) use.
Internal use: Ship building for establishing our own Navy and improving our cababilities of shipping and receiving goods through our own manpower stationed in the somali made ships.
Iron & Steel Industry
The steel industry is the foundation of many other potential Somali export industries, and is thus vital to be established.
Internal Use: The steel and Iron will be used widely in the construction of roads, railways, other infrastructure, appliances, and buildings. Most large modern structures, such as stadiums and skyscrapers, bridges, and airports, are supported by a steel skeleton. So this will be mainly for internal use,
Exporting: This industry has potential for exporting in Africa, because of the lack of infrastructure in Africa compared to the rest of the world.
Small arms Industry:
The common understanding Somali people have is that lack of production of arms internally have made us vulnerable externally. i think nobody would argue with me here when i say that Somalis lost the Ogaden war, because of the Western powers decision of halting military aid. And thus our whole world came down because of our lack of modernasation.
Internal use: Small arms is a realistic first step for SOmalis, we should not think of producing or being capable of producing tanks and jets, but we should undertsand that all nations had to take the first small step first. Small arms would be good to use for our police force across the nation and for our foot soldeirs as part of their military gear.
Exporting:
Supplying liberation groups that collide with our interest should be supported by small arms. The exporting however will be done to other small African nations who receive little military aid, such as benin, senegal etc. Our prices will be of course be lower then the market price initally.

I support that.
Our current Somali bantus are not going anywhere. And I expect more labour workers to come from other African countries. We'll be desperately short of labour force so that means a lot of Bantus will come. I welcome them.
People who think Somalia is only for ethnic Somalis are living in fantasy land. This "homogeneous Somalia" is a pipe dream. Somalia was never truly homogeneous. We always had Yemenis, Bantus and Ethiopians living in Somalia.

Dude your making out that Somalia never had foreign settlers. We had Italians, Russians, Americans, Indians, Pakistanis, Amharas, Swahilis, Chinese living in Somalia before the civil war. So its cool. Its no big deal!

We have Oromos living in great numbers in North Somalia/Somaliland. We already have Somalized Yemenis, Oromos and Bantus.
Trust me, if/when rebuilding of Somalia starts, the floodgates will open and huge waves of immigration will happen into Somalia.

Thats all good but the honest truth is, this wont be up to me and you but will be up to those in power. No matter how long it takes foreign business will arrive. We can try to limit their powers but we cant totally stop them. Is just the way the world works now a days.
