Dr. Axmed who is the head of the finance and administration of ESFCOM in Nairobi, is the key person that allowed over 4000 Somali soldiers to be trained in Kenya and Ethiopia ( TFG troops in Gedo, Lower Juba, Middle Juba and the Ahlu Sunna troops in Central Somalia 70% of the soldiers trained hail from his clan Marehan,, 15% Habar Gidir and Dir, 10% Ogadeen, 5% mixture of Gaaljecel, Shiekhal, Garre etc). He is also part of ESFCOM which is an East African standby brigade, consisting different countries in East Africa, they will be deployed in Somalia soon for humanitarian assistant, and might be deployed for peacekeeping in 2015.

I thank him for all the work he has done in support of Somali troops, and all the advocacy he has done on behalf of Somalia before international groups.

Hiiraale was not jailed he was arrested in Dolo odo and kept in military training camp. Its TFG responsibilty to help Barre Hiiraale's arrest. This guy has other responsibilities, but I must say he does favour his clan ileen trained his people the most.

This man is a genius. He is responsible of allowing over 70000 soldiers to be trained over a period of 3 years, and more soldiers are being trained for TFG of Gedo, the Jubba's, Bay, Banaadir.
