One of the most important PL ministers, Professor Abdulqadir Xaashi, set things straight; this isn't a war against a Puntland clan but it's a war against terrorists who were active in Garsoor district. He further highlights that PL took the same measures against insurgents in other regions, such as Bari, Mudug and Karkaar.

I have listened to it early today, and it is clearly apprent this is not about qabil. Even Reuters reported today that Puntland is fighting Al-shabab terrorists in Galkacyo and Galmudug is lending them a hand.

Muuse ilkadheere was shot in the head when he approached the militants for peace talks. He wasn't even involved when the shootings started. The first thing he did when he arrived is approaching the other side for peace talks.

Everybody who has connections in GK knows that the militants are not one clan, they consist many clan from Harti to Eelay. But LL is giving them a platform to fight against the authority

The circumstances which General ilkadheer was killing under are shady right now, some say he came for peace, others say he was trying to drag a ruined tekniko. I do not agree with the killing of the General, but if he was trying to drag a ruined tekniko, then he was killed under fighting.

They should have sent a more diverse crew qabiilwise to Garsoor and assessed the situation more maturely, instead of behaving like they were in their own Israac area. I agree, Leelkase should not have responded fiercly, but what were they suppose to do, you know if they would have let the P.I.S into Garsoor, it will would have been dooms day for them. But there is no tension between Cumar Mahamud and Leelkase, granted some Cumar Mahamuds joined the fighting. But there is no beef between them whatso ever, Islaanka is there now, Garaadka Cabdi Cise is there, every prominent man from both sides are there now.

I think what needs to be done is, if the P.I.S want to success they need to recruit Leelkase, and say Leelkasow nabad haaday daan idin tahay, so qabqabta your bad elements. Laakin no more madfac, reer mahads are saying airporkeno ayaa lo daan leyahay, Faroole iyo Leelkase airportkeno u daan leyihiin

You're right, the P.I.S. is a subclan club, because of corruption and nepotism caused by the CIA who gave a bunch of ex-SSDF odayaal a sack of money and told them to get the terrorists, and zero accountability to the PL government. As long as the CIA sees results by any means necessary, that's why the P.I.S. is hated so much in Bosaso. It's a fact that they arrest wadaado for no reason, just to keep the US dollars flowing.

Like you said rag culus from both sides are going to talk about the whole situation, the causes and how to move on from here. Let's hope they can bring the changes needed so this never happens again. One of them is tackling the P.I.S. officers issue.
