First Isreal refused to apologize for the massacre and illegal raiding on the Flotilla last year where they killed activists in the international waters.Most of the activists being Turkish

Turkey sending its Navy to protect its ships against Israel, and Israel sending its navy to raid the ships. meanwhie Egyptians breaking into Israel embassy and sacking it.

Turkey is part of Nato and if it goes to war with another nation, other Nato nations are obliged to help turkey but I doubt they will do that against Israel, the bully of the mideast
