they actually border oromos and are more closer to oromos than any other somalis, but their way of doing things and their cadaalad is the reason why they manage to solve the issues concerning oromos than the. i aint ever heard reer awdal oo ka cabanaya oromos in general.

I think they benefit from the location of Awdal, away from all the trouble making Somalis from Central Somalia, and having a fairly educated population compared to other regions. From what I heard one of the longest serving ministers of education in Somalia was a man from this region and he made sure his tribesmen took advantage of his post.

Don't Gedabursi have like the most Somali professors/teachers, YH they seem to be productive people in
