I think you have problems understanding what you have posted. It doesn't say anywhere that you can commit suicide. Go read it properly nacasyahow. Yes, those terrorist commiting suicide bombings in the masjids in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Palestine are not martyr and will go hell including those suicide bombers in streets of Europe, USA etc will go to hell.
