Leaders like Kibaki of Kenya, Hillary Clinton, William Hague foreign minister of Kenya, UN secretary general Ban ki moon, Turkish foreign minister davotaglu, the AU...the seems clear the transition will end this year....clinton gave poignant speech on somalia
