Is doing this weird? I find it relaxing

I always struggled sleeping since I was in my early 20's. However for over 2 years I have been playing these sounds on my mobile phone loudly. I play it and put my mobile under my bed but far me. Within 10 mins I fall asleep alhamdulilah. But I also listen to these sound when I get headaches or feel stressed. I love the sound of rain, waterfall, sleet etc. Its very relaxing. Try it out So relaxing!

Rain, Waterfall, Sea, Sleet etc. comes from Allah and anything that comes from Allah has special nimca's. Ayatul Kursi protects you from Shaydhaan etc.

Among natural scenery is how I wish to sleep. Forever. I would like to die in the snow bound winter season so they can't bury me for a month and I decompose in my silk draped master bedroom where a guy's manhood is always vertical.

I didn't say that abti but I think you should listen to surah baqarah when you can't sleep and try to recite it off by heart. It will keep the shaydaan and evil away from you and also benefits you by learning it in your heart. This is better than anything abti please do this akhi.

My sleep problems occur due to health reason. Doctors prescribed sleeping pills, but I listen to nature to help me sleep. I read my nightly prayers alhamdulilah.
