Why? Because I believe Dr. Rice that race has nothing to do with it. It is class and money. Look @ death-row, and capital punishment is for those who lack capital, which the majority of inmates happen to be blacks. A good lesson for the Somalis there, either make lots of $$$, or sink in America, or get out. I live in the State of Missouri..borders nebraska to the south..and no i don't see shootings everyday..i have never seen a shooting here..and that's because i live in a suburb..lol..not the ghettos..Couple of years ago a white couple was killed in their house in front of their 2 year old kid..that was abot uthe closest we got ot violence..

I say shoot 'em all. These animals are raping mothers, grandmothers, children. I can understand stealing life saving stuff, but why steal TVs, stereors, mattreses in the middle of a tragidy. And then they start shooting at rescue staff, police. WTF! These are not normal citizens but thugs and criminals. Kill 'em all.
