Everytime I catch a cab in downtown, especially after jumca salat to go back to work, I've never had a somali charge me his fare. I don't even bother trying to pay them anymore. Yalaxow you fail to release the word ummah is and parcel of the islamic universal linguistic identity, whether ur in malay, china, Mexico, or some village in zimbabwe they know this word, just like a word like internet is universally understood and not seen as just an english word. These word and terms are called loaner words, adopted from another language but made it part of theiir language.
