Somalilanders shouldn't have gotten scholarships in Puntland regardless how high they scored on their test. I highly doubt Somaliland would have given Puntland students the same opportunity.

I was calculating the number of scholarship gained by SSC students in examinations in both Puntland and Somaliland. Given that no lists are complete so far I realised it was pointless

Like Gemini said, this is not the whole list. The rest of the list of 118 students is dominated by Nugaal and Mudug students. The complete list was posted earlier.

Not good enough walal. Think about it, Mudug is the first or second most populated region in Puntland. How is it that Nugal got most of the scholarships and reer Mudugs didn't? As you said, this is the first group. Let's see the second one. This list might be list of the students who took their examination in Garowe. May be the second list is the students that took their examination in Galkacyo.
