Reer Dalal.

A friend of mine was telling me the other day that, reer dalal were put on a black list for apparently killing an ugaas.
He said they will be on that list for (X) number of years as a form of punishment.

I need confirmation on whether its true or not.

Impossible. Reer Dalal is too important a subclan to be put on a blacklist!

A reer Dalal killed Ugaas Siraaji in 2002 (I think), the one before the present Ciise Ugaas but I don't know how the whole reer Dalal is accountable for a killer. Still, reer Dalal paid dividends and beesha Sade reached a solution on it.

They should be accountable since Hawrarsame were held responsible for killing Maxamed Da'ud and paid heavy price.

btw, I don't understand the whole hawrarsame thing. What was the saying again, something about magtii Maxamed Da'ud? Somebody should have explained the ridiculousness of collective punishment.
