How to run a website for dummies(SomaliNet)

This site seems to be run by incompetent monkey. I'll document the how to manage commercial site. Websites are self service environment, and self service is about convenience, speed and availability.

Create parallel environment
-For development set-up different sub directory or domain called dev.Somalinet.com, this domain will private and only developers will have access
-Create UAT(User acceptance testing - uat.somaliNet.com) environment, this where you let mods or special user to test new features
- Once new fatures are tested on the UAT server, then roll them on the public facing site

Never try out new features on public facing site, it looks bad on the site owner and irritates site members.
