and beledweyn is not exactly a small tuulo man. its one of somalias biggest cities (or towns, anything thats not muqdisho or hargeisa aint a city to be exact). id be wondering if it landed in dhusamareeb or garowe but not beledweyne or galkacyo. those guys were probably private arms suppliers to xawaadle militia hiiran. video looks old so its probably some time in the 90s or somin.

Executive, maybe they needed an emergency landing and Kalabaydh airstrip was nearby. As for the actual town the runway was used frequently by the previous somali military.
Somalifanatic, kalabaydh in beledweyn? just type in kalabaydh on google search and you'll know where it is.

theres isgoyska kalabayr just outside of baladweyne man. that point that divides the roads going north and south of hiiraan. the airport is located close to it. i thought it might be the kalabaydh that divides the road from hargeysa to borama and wajaale but theres no airport next to that one. thats why im thinking its the one near beledweyn. the one in baladweyn is called janta kundisho to be exact though confusing video

That's Kalabaydh between Hargeisa and Jigjiga. The eucalyptus/cactus that one of the Russians is standing next to only grows in that region all the way up to Berbera.
