I dont care for clan. I only care for . If HJ and HY are bigger and increasingly become more self reliant and self aware, then so be it you have to accept it. After all they are our brothers and you cant dominate them forever.

If you ask me I would try to recruit more people for the SPG outside your own clan and people with other diffrent ideas. So this reflects the real diversity of Somaliland. And not only people from your own HA clan.

Concerning the current Goverment. Somaliland consist of my diffrent clans. The goverment should try to seek in trying to create a balance between the involvement and participation of all sub-clans and regions. I think its not good for the future of Somaliland, if some individuals from one particular clan try dominate the Goverment in terms of jobs or try to use as much resources of the Goverment for own 'projects' only. At the moment this is the case. Eventhough you try to deny this.

Eventhough its only about one sub-clan among many, and few projects and maybe dozens of high positions more. And this wont have a big effect on Somaliland. But the reason why I am against this is, that Somali's always copy eachother. What do you think the next goverment or individuals within the goverment will do?

Do you think its a good idea if in a couple of years, if the next Minister for Finance of Interior Affairs at the same becomes the Chairman for the Road project in his village or own region?And the Minister of Aviation, become respobsible for health in his tuulo or degaan? And the Minister of Defense, becoming chair of the education in his Pronvince? Even if they dont do it. People will expect them to, and say why dont you do that for you region look at the other clans.

Suldaan, if this happens it will negatively effect the governance of Somaliland.

This is not new. But I was hoping Somaliland to have passed that stage. Couple of years back under UDUB I have critized them and said the same about Ahmed Yusuf Yaasin(vice president) intervering in Berbera College and other projects in Saaxil. Only because he was from that region.

roads are needed in Somaliland in the western part of the country as well as in the eastern part of the country there is no mismanagement in the current government or Financial department of the Goverment Maxammad xaashi is in charge of the national treasury and he has been managing it quiet well the past year and a half so the Constitution of Somaliland doesn't forbid if the Minister of finance runs a project with in parts of the Country the road project is in the interest of many Clans in the western regions of Somaliland including ciise sacadmuse Gadaburusi akishe its much needed its not like the road will only benefit certain clans. Yes and you supported your Clan in dubur why because you said Habarjeclo had a clan meeting to so we should have a meeting to.
