thepiratebay.org/user/extremezone (extremezone is the most reliable uploader to the Piratebay site & I check it regularly)

yahoo.com (for the news and my yahoo email)
Those are the regulars, like 10's of times each day.
And this is the rare list:
worldstarhiphop.com/videos (once in every 2 or 3 days to check the latest stupid videos)
mentalzero.com/ (Warning: This site uploads some graphic and sick videos so check it with your own risk)
