Yemenis could use health iyo caafimaad themselves. THe fuck you talking about? Horta somalida markay ajnabi wadanka soo galaan, maxay sidii malaaig u amaanaan? So what if dhaga cas dhakhaatiir came to Somalia. What about the Somali doctors who have always tried to provide a service for their in people regarding health care issues? I've never seen them being extolled! Now an outsider comes in, al the sudden they are the 'messiah'? Typical uneducated Somali.

horty relax , second thing their is somali doctors works in PL hospitals in the 7 gobol we are proud of them but still they are not at international level , those visitors are specialist in fields that not available in PL doctors thats why ministry of health asked them to visit PL

plus all that the treats are free cause PL is paying for its citizens so next time dont jump very fast , thing then talk

Either there weren't any qualified doctors in puntland to begin with, and if you say that then its begs the question 'who and how were people treated?' or else they did have the qualifications in the field as well as as its sub divisions(i.e dentists and so on). and in that case a credit must be given. dadkaada credit sii for they have been doing the job before these yemenis or any other anjnabis came in the place.

again relax im saying those are specialist in some fields we need it , after few days they will go back to their country

I'm relaxed son. In that case I suggest that your government spend the money these dhagac cases' provisional visit to train your doctors who'll obviously remain in the country permanently.

training its just the second Reason that PL asking best doctors to visit PL not to mention treat the citizen for free
