very interesting article but I have to correct one small error, they mentioned that in 1969 the only radio station in the country was in mogadisho. This is false as there was a radio station in hargeisa for many years before that date.

Author of the piece was murdered in Addis few months ago I believe. Also he didn't exactly come from a position without bias. This article isn't neutral IMO.
