gaddafi, king zaid of UAE and saddam hussien were the only arab leaders i liked 
gaddafi surrendered in the early 00's and gave up all his chemical and biological weapons, which in the end proved his undoing. if he kept his weapons he would have had a bargaining chip and europe would never have dared to attack libya.
