American somalis throwing a sister under the bus

Assalamu caleykum,

This sister Nimco Yusuf who has been in prison, has been abandoned by these Somalis even by her own Qabiil. Sad times wallahi, they just called her a terrorist, they even raised money in her name and yet refused to give the money to the family so they could spend it on lawyers. Even these so called masajids have thrown her under the bus, just so they wouldn't be associated with a 'terrorist'.

Look at the tears of her sister Amran Yusuf, its enough to make you cry. wallahul mustacaan.

I don't know who she is but I believe the sister should be supported by all Somalis, if she lives in America, she's innocent until proven guilty so the community should not be afraid to voice their support.

Allah will make a way out for her Insh’allah. She should try and stay firm in her deen and tolerate her trials with patience for Allah doesn’t burden a soul with more than he can handle..

She will definitely be in my duas Insh'Allah..

I think this story is more than this short clip. Somalis are known to help each other in hardships. How come all mosques, sheiks and the people she calls my tal distanced themselves from her?

If money was raised on her sister's behalf as she says and that money was misappropriated then she can sue any mosque or organization that took part. My advice to her would be get a lawyer and try to get every penny that was raised for your sis.
