Nabeela is the only admin who is active enough to know what is going on i.e. why she got it. Waryaa takes frequent periods of leave, screw left and there was a vacuum for a long time, she tried thats why it's the way it is, not cuz shes a woman.

men are involved in qabil n politics which is a hot issue so ofcourse there are emotions in it, but that doesn't mean they made the forum bad, it was just certain trolls that were put in line.

the whole thing wrong with this thread is generalization, the world is not perfect, men are at the helm of leadership therefore men are the problem and woman are the solution? Men engage in politics more than woman, woman therefore don't have political allegiances.

I really do believe that in our culture, women are involved in war. They beat the drums, sing songs, raise the morale of the men or if they are not doing a good job they insult them

They are just as involved in qabyalaad as men are if not more.
