Nabeela is the only admin who is active enough to know what is going on i.e. why she got it. Waryaa takes frequent periods of leave, screw left and there was a vacuum for a long time, she tried thats why it's the way it is, not cuz shes a woman.

I really do believe that in our culture, women are involved in war. They beat the drums, sing songs, raise the morale of the men or if they are not doing a good job they insult them They are just as involved in qabyalaad as men are if not more.
