Last year it was a frankenstein-like concoction. A layer of a Columbia jacket + an H&M shell. It worked perfectly. This year I'm staring at a particular Uniqlo jacket, but it might involve some traveling to get it. That, or beg someone to translate a website for me.

Winter, minus 30 something, windshields up to minus high 40s, snow deep on the sidewalks taking you twice the time to get to the bus stop than what it should be taking, streets slippery, about the only negatives living in the great white north.

I bought a Kenneth Cole Wool Plush Military Coat last year. I don't like it much because it feels a bit heavy sometimes but it is good for the cold weather here.
