What's his story? An unbiased opinion please.

I have noticed that he has really clamped down on corruption/isbaaro/rape/murder. There's quite a few stories like the one below.

Somalia’s Transitional Federal Government (TFG) security forces have arrested the chairman of Karan district in Mogadishu, Abdulahi Mohamed Rooble, over corruption and criminal related allegations, local officials said on Saturday.

According to the officials, Rooble was picked up by the security agents on Friday for questioning, shortly after the head of the Somali military court, Hassan Mohamed Muungaab, ordered his arrest.

Administrative officials at Karan district said Rooble was accused of corruption while his security staff had allegedly been involved in robbery incidences. Rooble has denied vehemently the allegations, sources said.

“On Friday morning three vehicles of TFG security forces arrived at the house of the chairman and detained him,” a member of Karan district administration told Somalia Report on condition of anonymity.

The officials said the chairman was taken in custody at the presidential palace and that the TFG would present him before the court the next week.

Recently, the Somali military court warned the TFG forces and the chairmen of the districts against misusing their powers to terrorize civilians. The warning followed reports of increased cases of robbery with violence in the district allegedly committed by security agents in police uniforms.
