when the alleged suspects are white, it is not terrorism
a white terrorist group in Georgia planned to attack federal buildings in Atlanta and other southern cities using guns and poisons. but that's not what makes this story stand out. this story stands out because of how american news channels have reported it. all of them refrained from labeling them as terrorist organisation and instead used the term "militia men" so my question is: why?
and one more thing: it is not on the front page. it is on the fifth page, if you know what i mean.
i don't have to tell you how they report it when the alleged suspects are non-white Americans.
below is one of the examples:

no i am not but i am puzzled how widespread this has become and the lock off outcry's from so-called think-tankers or civil rights organizations convince me that America as a whole, without exception, hates Muslims and Islam.Rabshoole wrote:You just figuring that out now.when the alleged suspects are white, it is not terrorism

My friend, Muslim and Terrorist are practically synonymous. Its only terrorism when Muslims do the act

They need to affiliate negativity with militias in the US. Militias are legal, and only way to gain control over them is to create public animosity toward them. Tactics.

Re: when the alleged suspects are white, it is not terrorism
Militias are considered one of the biggest threat to the American government. Raids occur across in the American midwest en masse, through several states simultaneously. Post-Oklahoma and Waco, militias have been a constant target. Originally, they were branded as "home grown terrorists", but of course that was spun as "white Muslim reverts who walk among us". Even FOX detests Militias, which at their core are supposedly upholding the truest American values. But who knows. There's even an entire conspiracy theory surrounding McVeigh being a plant, trying to ensue hatred and terrorist actions throughout several militias. Anyway, I can go on, but the simplest understanding is an armed population is a bad population, for any government.barakaboy10 wrote:toward who? these militias are Americans too and Americans can do no wrong.Alphanumeric wrote:They need to affiliate negativity with militias in the US.
