We had the assisination of the chief of Police in Ceerigabo recently by gang member who has escaped. We now have another gangs equiped with weapons rampaging Fiqi fuliye and killing the late chief of police. It is about time that the real Sanaag dwellers come together to progress towards tangible development in Sanaag.

Liqaaye: If this is revenage killing it is horid. The reports have not been confirmed yet.

The underlaying issue is that Sanaag's authorities are week and divided. The trouble is how do you govern a region claimed by different tribes with conflicting motives. (different district controlled by individuals and not centrally managed). The previous government brough a Governor from Togdheer to continue long standing of governors from ooutside the region. The last governor who was from sanaag was back in 1996 when Anis Salax haji hassan was the head of the region.

We need to ensure that the governor like any other regions in somaliland is from the region otherwise he/she won't know how to manage the region.

Ceelafweyn.. its not confirmed yet, but its most likely them, what the Dhullos did was wrong and they could no settle it between them, the goverment tried but none of them were having it, so the Hy did what any other clan would do, Revenge!!!

The reason why the Governor of the region is the same subclan as the Mayor was Riyaale's Fault, and Silaanyo should not change him till we have the Local election, if any other clans wants their share in Sanaag, they have to show true the next Local Election!
