Voltage seriously whats going on how many African soldiers would you be happy with a million

If Burundi can send three thousand, most African nations can send at east a batallion (700-1000). Imagine what that can achieve in Somalia as well as be a watershed moment for Africa.

So you want like the article says around 20000 soldiers in total? And how long should they realistically be in the country for and will they build long term military bases in the each region for "precautionary" matters?

Why do you think this is funny this is a violation of the highest order. You may think it is a joke but HIV does not kid around. 1.5m kenyans have HIV, 1.2m ugandans , 3.3% of burundians. Our ancestors would be twisting and turning in their graves

Anonymous, haven't you heard? It is 2011 and HIV is manageable and will soon be curable. It is less cruel than starving to death in weeks because food is prevented in famine zone or you are shot down in a clan war. Nay it is not anymore cruel than that.
