brothers and sister of somaliland as you know our country is divided into 2 sections. we have been betrayed by the samaroon who now created something called awdal state and we have the ssc and the dhulmahante in the eastern regions sida sanag sool iyo south-east togdheer.

i dont want to see my country somaliland go into civil war like somalia. the civil war in somalia is happeneing because there are groups of clans that dont to be together and somaliland is going towards that direction.

1/ if we let go awdal and ssc do you think that will save somaliland from civil war down the future?

2/ if we keep them and force them is that the right thing to do as somalilanders?

I think he is taking the piss...presumably some Gadabursi are pro Union???...but 20 yrs without recognition with Somalia in such chaos does not bode well for the recognition of Somaliland, but do you need to recognised? I think there will be a civil war if and only if Somaliland is recognised, especially the Darood clans in Sool and Sanaag..that is my feeling, I could be wrong.
