Its only temporary housing but it serves a good purpose I think less lives lost because of fires and the town looks cleaner and organised

Sorry but thats factually wrong. Hafun and Garacad have been rebuilt after the tsunami.

How-ever your point the IDP do recieve a lion-share of the development is true in some ways especially compared to the nomadic folks however looking at from another point of view these ppl live in fifth world conditions in major cities which is not a good look for puntland at all and it needs to be addressed before rural issues can be tackled.

I dont know what u mean about dangarayo you will need clarify. But speaking in regional terms mudug is lowest living standards in pland and the most vulnerable after IDPS are usually orphan kids who are like this.

Bursalax is like a very remote region. Dude in puntland other then drought or natural disaster the locals are doing ok or their would be mass-exodus out of the joint

Dangorayo like Qardho have camps for the tsunami victims!!
as for mudug having lowest living standard in PL
dude i have been to all these places including bursalax xafun garacad i have seen first hand the conditions of our own
displaced people who receive no help just cause they are locals priority is giving to non PLers

BTW the pictures of Buursalax is of local school kids not IDPs
