Fair enough. But its not a reliable way to exclude people. Somalis can just claim different nationalities, and these cadaans cannot differentiate between Africans anyway.

If Polish ppl were excluded from a place, some Poles would just claim to be Lithuanian or Estonian. Nobody will know.
