OK: what is the source of the problem according to you? I think, Samatar has identified the problems and has a strategy.

You have a point that somalia's problems lie in Somalia; but, isn't it the case the diaspora should also voice their concerns, wishes and hopes? In my opinion there is a symbiotic relationship between somalia and the somali diaspora.

Bro, I think you are making wrong conjectures. True again that prof hebel or dr hebel will not bring peace. But, we need to explore approaches (however bad they maybe) because out there is a solution.

In my opinion every somali has a right to propose a solution. Hiil qaran's suggestions are good. We shouldn't discard something because it goes against our own opinions/beliefs etc.
