It's the Dawwa river, eventually merges into the Jubba if I'm not mistaken.

Do you have problem reading the title of the thread? It clearly states its Dawwa river. Where on earth did Shabelle come from? Open your eyes! P.S Dawwa river is located in Gedo, it splits from Jubba river in Doolow. Dawwa river starts from Doolow and reaches Beled-Xaawo.
