Why don't they like anjem choudary?

I notice a lot of Wahabis/Islamists/ cockroach anti secular types have a mild to strong dislike for Anjem Choudary and I can't seem to understand why. Do you dislike him because you disagree with his stances, or is there something else? Anyone care to enlighten?

How is Anjem Choudary a “husler”? I understand he had a less than virtuous adolescence, especially in regards to alcohol and women, but hasn’t he earned redemption in the eyes of wahabis for sticking it to the kuffar and dedicating himself to the holy cause of verbal protest jihad?

Not really. He always says that an Islamic state under shariah will ensure “basic food, clothing, and shelter” and that it protects society from moral corruption and that it returns sovereignty to God and what not. I have never seen him advocating for straight up violence, but he does insinuate that Muslims have a right to strike back at those who they perceive to be their enemy. As I am against the politicization of religion, naturally his stances offend me, but for those who believe that Islam by definition is political I do not understand their immense dislike of Choudary.

Yet Anjem Choudary has been on the scene for nearly 15 years spouting his nonsense unopposed by the police or by the authorities or anyone else, how do you explain that one? surely if they can get to Gadafi, Sadam they can get to him. After all this guy is also a holocaust denier.

Anjem Choudary says that there should be a worldwide Islamic caliphate ruled under the shariah and that democracy and freedom are against the basic fundamentals of Islam. Do you agree or disagree with him on these points?
