Your favourite Somali city/town

Since the civilwar started which city is doing well peace and law and order wise the type of city I am looking is one all sort of somalis living mainly from different Qabiils living and coexisting in harmony which can set good example ather cities where there is unending hostility like Mogadishou,Kismayo and Galkacyo where people or Qabiils who inhabit have tottaly failed to create an atmosphere of peace and law, Galkacyo is quite bad where people in there divided the city instead of living together and finding common ground forming joint force and eliminating any trouble makers I think Ceerigabo was good example untill recently where differnt qabiils are living side by side.

Theres no town in Somalia that 'every clan shares'. Every town in Somalia is a clan town with usually one dominant power.
