Somali old ladies get fat because they eat too much meat which has alot of cholesterol and age is another factor..the older you get the more ur metabolism slows down.( )

i think the line of reasoning with women not wanting to be seen by men esp while doing strenuous activities is in line with the entire religion

even still, there are all women gyms... and that excuse isn't valid... or you can get P90X and do that in your basement and get ripped
