I still dont understand why we have humpty dumpty in the premier office when he is contributing nothing to the governmnent.

Habargidir lives in Mogadishu and Marka (cayr town) in lower shabelle.there is no need for them to return any further.we need to use the TFG resources to build hawiye degaans in the south and forget about puntland and somailand in their tribal enclaves.
