We can learn something from this, this like the second road project their building all paved. This is what bosaso needs and its just not getting what a shame and boorama is like fakri as hell unlike bosaso a financial capital of somalia. Poor governance and community is not working together in Bosaso which is holding it back!!! We really need to pick up our game with road infrastructure. Bosaso should be all paved a long time ago
