She has a medical (psychological) condition that makes her want to have as many children as she can. She can't control herself. This condition isn't unique to a country, race color, etc. There are Somali women like her.

She knows who the biological father of her last 10 children is…………He is in jail. Lot of good it will do her

Instead of giving this woman money they should give her a free supply of birth control for her remaining fertile years and take those poor kids away from her.

I don't even think birth control will help her, she needs to get her tube tied and put the children in child services or give up for adoption. There are so many infertile people in this world.
