Where was I sleeping for the past 4 months, Venezuela as of this year owns the largest oil reserves in the world overtaking Saudi.

it seems that Saudi is well ahead in terms of production, but Russia is the biggest in that respect. You heard it hear, within the next two decades Venezuela will be a force to reckon with along with South America (led by Brazil)
