"Tirada la sheegay iyo qaabka xilka la iiga qaaday ma ahan mid jirta, waxay ahayd in la keeno sanduuqii la igu doortay oo kale. Innaguna waxaan ku joognaa heshiiskii Kampala oo ay iyagu ansxiyeen," ayuu yiri Shariif Xasan.
Guddoomiyuhu wuxuu ka gaabsaday inuu ka hadlo warsaxaafadeed uu madaxweyne Sheekh Shariif uu kaga hadlay xil ka qaadista lagu sameeyay oo uu ku sheegay in lagu soo aadiyay xil ka qaadista xilli xasaasi ah, wuxuuna afhayeenku sheegay in uusan arkin qoraalkaas.

Su'aal ahayd sida uu u arko aamusnaanta ra'iisul wasaare C/weli Maxamed Cali ee arrintan ku aaddan ayuu kaga jawaabay inuu u arko inay tahay in wanaag la helo khilaafkana uu meesha ka baxo oo keliya.
Ugu dambeyn, waxaa la weydiiyay waxa u qorsheysan ee uu sameynayo, ayuu ka gaabsaday, wuxuuna sheegay inuu dhawaan u socdo Muqdisho halkaasna ay ku sugan yihiin xildhibaannadu baarlamaanka Soomaaliya.

Somali Speaker Rejects Ouster Effort
15 Dec 15, 2011 - 8:26:06 AM
The speaker of Somalia's parliament has rejected an effort to oust him from power, in the war-torn country's latest political crisis.
Speaker Sharif Hassan Sheikh Adan spoke to VOA a day after fistfights broke out in parliament between his opponents and supporters.
On Tuesday, lawmakers opposed to Adan voted to remove him as speaker, by a reported tally of 280 to 3.
Adan told VOA Thursday that the vote had no legitimacy because he is out of the country, in Italy. He also said the number of votes against him was much lower than reported.
Somalia's transitional government has been plagued by years of infighting that have held back efforts to stabilize the country, where the government is fighting al-Qaida-linked militants.
Adan's opponents complain he has refused to hold debates on a roadmap for Somalia's political future and a new constitution. The government's mandate runs out next August.
Wednesday's melee in parliament erupted as Adan's opponents attempted to elect a new speaker. Adan says he is heading back to Mogadishu to deal with the crisis.

If only he could channel all the emery and vigor he exerts to usurp power and money into fixing the country.

Re: Shariif Hassan: I Ain't Goin Nowhere
Afcourse he is gonna say that he rejects the decision made by the parliament. What did you expect? Him to nod his head and crawl back to where he orginally came from.
The battle is still on, the decision made by the parliament was the icing on the cake. Next thing we waiting for is the cherry to be put in its place.
If none of opposing side win the battle let it be sixiroole Sakkiin or the 280 MP's. This will mean that the parliament will collapse. The latest chair throwing session in the parliament is getting out of control!
My message to Sakiin,
Nigga why u hiding in Italy for?

The ouster of Shariif Hassan is against the Kampala Accord. The accord says that President or Speaker can't be ousted. The MP's ratified this agreement. They can't go against it now. The President will pull back, the parliament will pull back, and Sakiin will probably survive.

exactly. wallahi these people are so messed up!Shirib wrote:The ouster of Shariif Hassan is against the Kampala Accord. The accord says that President or Speaker can't be ousted. they are having quarrels about the same thing they signed yesterday. the Kampala accord was clear and precise. it said, "no one can be voted out until august of next year" and everybody, including the president and the mp's agree to it. so my my question is, what has changed?
my theory is that sheik shariif is trying to get even with shariif hassan and he's using some mps for his dirty intentions. but he won't succeed and shariif is more intelligent than all of them combined.
and this time the law of the country is on his side. he's the legitimate speaker of Parliament and will be until next year.

If the parliament squabble contiues, neither will Kampala Accord survive or Shariff Ahmed's presidency. Without the parliament the president hasn't got a leg to stand on or a pillar to hold his chair.Shirib wrote:The ouster of Shariif Hassan is against the Kampala Accord. p.s. Shariff Ahmed spoke about this incident, his message did not show any sympathy towards Sakiin. All he said that was that he is upset about the squabble in parliament and he warned that if it continues the roadmap ma hergilaayo and things will fall down to pieces.
Sheikh Sharif Sh. Ahmed, president of somali transitional federal government has for the first time spoken about the dismissal of Somali parliament, Sharif Hassan Sh. Adam and asked mps to respect the law, state media said.
In a press release from his office, Somali president, Sheikh Sharif Sh. Ahmed told that he was very much worried about the quick decision of the Somali parliamentarians yesterday saying that it was something new to his government.
“This is new but the time is very critic and it is unexpected event at this moment, we are still investigating, considering and searching the fact”, the statement was said.
“The county is in circumstances like the war against Al-Shabab and implementing the Roadmp plan and the humanitarians assistance” the Statement added.
Somali president Sheikh Sharif confirmed that the parliament strongest power in the government and could reach a verdict but asked to stop on going conflict among them.

Brother, if it turns out that the parliament collapses. It might possibly mean that Somalia's transistional period will increase. Another president will be elected and august 2012 elecction will not happen instead it will be extended.Shirib wrote:

What we want is that the parliament stays in its place, I don't care if Sakiin stays or goes at the end of the day. The parliament will be reformed. These parliament today are scared of the reform thats why they are doing this today. However some of the parliament are genuine and only want sakiin out for the sake of qaranimo.
