It's been in the news lately.
Paul serves to shift the national debate towards libertarian ideals.
It's fashionable for people rebelling against the system to endorse him.
But at the end of the day he's not a serious candidate.

Romney by has has the best business/executive experience and is the best candidate to defeat weakling Obama in the coming election.
